About This Product
A clean, screened topsoil suitable for grading, filling low spots, establishing new lawns, and general landscaping projects. Screened to remove rocks, roots, and debris for a consistent, workable texture. This is a clay-based soil, making it heavier and more impervious than our Premium Topsoil — classified as Loam to Clay-Loam with a pH of 6.0–7.2 — properties that make Screened Soil ideal for regrading applications where erosion is an issue. Works well as a base material with a Premium Topsoil topdressing. Also used for topdressing, leveling, and backfilling around foundations, retaining walls, and drainage features. A staple product for contractors and homeowners throughout the Pittsburgh area. Sold per cubic yard. Delivery available.
